• Marudham offers handmade, small-batch masalas prepared using traditional methods.
• All product descriptions, colours, textures, and packaging may vary slightly due to the nature of ingredients.
• Our masalas may contain or encounter commonly used spices and nuts. Customers with allergies are advised to check ingredients before use.
• Our products are intended for culinary use only and not for medical or therapeutic purposes.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be placed through our official website.
• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Payments must be completed online using the available secure payment options.
• Order confirmation will be shared via email or SMS upon successful payment.
• Marudham reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
• Dispatch of orders depends on stock availability at the time of order.

4. Pricing & Taxes

• All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices shown include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship orders across India.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination but generally take 3–7 working days.
• Once the product is handed over to the courier, any transit delays or damages beyond our control cannot be held against Marudham.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Because our masalas are food products, we strictly follow a No Returns / No Exchanges policy to ensure safety and hygiene.
• However, in case you receive:
• a damaged product,
• a tampered package, or
• a wrong item,
• You may contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear video proof.
• Such cases will be reviewed and resolved appropriately (replacement or refund at our discretion).

7. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
• In rare cases where cancellation is possible (before dispatch), a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website—including the name Marudham, logo, product labels, images, designs, text, layouts, and recipes—are the intellectual property of Marudham and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Marudham shall not be held liable for:

• delays caused by courier partners,
